Your participation as an IDANA exhibitor and/or sponsor is welcome! The conference will feature exhibitor breaks, passports, and other incentives to help our attendees learn about the resources available to them while providing you exposure for your product or service.

As you are well aware, the Coronavirus (SARS-CO-V2) has impacted conferences and other events across the nation. Unfortunately, despite our excitement for our upcoming IDANA Spring 2020 conference, we will follow suit and will cancel our conference planned for April 3-5 in Boise.

This decision has not been taken lightly. The Board of Directors evaluated all factors at our disposal and discussed the situation at length. Considering that the conference would be bringing together healthcare providers from not just all over the state, but from across the nation, we felt it best to cancel the meeting.

We will be issuing full refunds for all registrations and you should expect to see those refunds issued to your credit card in the next several days. We are also working with The Grove Hotel to cancel all reservations in the room block; if you are not sure that your reservation was made within IDANA's room block or would like to confirm that the reservation has been cancelled, please contact The Grove Hotel directly at (208) 333-8000.

We are already planning Spring and Fall 2021. Please save the date for next year's Spring Meeting, April 9-11, 2021 in Boise. We hope you will join us next year for a great meeting.
