Employment Opportunities

Premier Anesthesia, a leading national Anesthesia practice management and consulting company, is seeking a CRNA to join our growing team at Kadlec Regional Medical Center, a 270-bed acute care facility in Richland, WA.  This opportunity also includes coverage for KRMC’s ambulatory surgery center.

About the Area:
Nestled at the confluence of the Columbia and Yakima rivers, Richland enjoys an abundance of outdoor recreation, excellent education, and rich scientific and agricultural industries – including an internationally recognized wine industry. With a dry climate, hot summers, and mild winters, the area boasts over 300 days of sunshine annually and year-round recreational opportunities such as golf, fishing and cycling.  This area was voted one of the safest communities in America.
About the Organization:
Kadlec is a not-for-profit health system which includes Kadlec Regional Medical Center in Richland and Kadlec Clinic, a network of primary and specialty care clinics in the surrounding region. Kadlec is a partner organization of the Providence St. Joseph Health (PSJH) family, which operates 50 exceptional hospitals and more than 800 clinics across seven western states.  With hundreds of physician and advanced practice clinician opportunities in virtually all specialties at any given time, PSJH and Kadlec offer diverse locations, lifestyles and practice models.
About the Opportunity:
Premier Anesthesia practice at KRMC is currently staffed with 19 MDs and 10 CRNAs. KRMC performs about 17,000 cases annually and growing, including 2,800 obstetric deliveries (90% epidurals) across 17 anesthetizing locations. The case mix includes bread and butter cases, neuro, general, ortho with tons of regional anesthesia, gyn, podiatry, plastics, and some pediatrics. Call not to exceed 1:5 with post call day off. The work week is 40 hours, with an opportunity for more hours, if desired.
CRNAs are credentialed as licensed independent providers and are part of the medical staff.  As such, they have the opportunity to be part of medical committees.  At KRMC, anesthesiologists and CRNAs are mutually respectful and highly collaborative.  KRMC is one of a few hospitals in the area that allows CRNAs to perform OB cases and gives them access to all types of cases, including regional, ultrasound-guided blocks, spinals, and epidurals. Here, CRNAs are required to have excellent clinical assessment and decision-making skills. If you are passionate about your profession and appreciate autonomy, respect, and flexible scheduling, KRMC is just the place for you!

  • 1099 opportunity

We are an independent fee-for-service CRNA practice located in beautiful Sandpoint, Idaho.  We provide anesthesia services to Bonner General Health, a busy 25-bed critical access hospital, located at the base of Schweitzer Mountain on Lake Pend Oreille.  Our practice is largely orthopedics, but we also provide anesthesia services for general surgery, OB-Gyn (including labor epidurals), pediatric dental and ENT.

We enjoy a collegial, collaborative relationship with our surgeons.  We are Licensed Independent Practitioners and work in an unsupervised setting.  In addition to being completely independent, you must be comfortable with general anesthesia, regional anesthesia and acute pain management (spinals, epidurals, peripheral nerve blocks and catheters), ultrasound guidance, and airway management.

Our ideal candidate(s) would be interested in part-time employment (1-3 days/week) with some flexibility in scheduling, be available to help cover our call requirement, be willing to fill in for some vacation coverage, and be open to the option of building an independent practice, billing for his/her services and eventually being considered for partnership with our group.  Initial daily fee (+/- call) negotiable.  Will also consider applicants interested in full-time employment (and partnership track) with the desire to build their own practice and bill their own services.
